How does the 2, 3, or 4 installment option with Alma work?

With Alma, you can split your purchase into 2, 3, or 4 interest-free installments. The total amount will be divided into equal payments, automatically charged to the debit or credit card provided at the time of purchase.

• The first installment is charged immediately, at the moment of order confirmation.
• Subsequent installments are automatically charged every 30 days.

After your purchase, you will receive a payment schedule via email, along with a reminder 3 days before each installment is due.

Who can use Alma installment payments?

To use Alma, you must:

• Be over 18 years old.
• Make a purchase between €50 and €2000.
• Use a valid payment card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or MasterCard prepaid).
• The card must be issued in Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, or Germany.
• Virtual cards or cards with systematic authorization are not accepted.

How do I pay with Alma?

Add products to your cart with a total amount between €50 and €2000.
Select Alma as your payment method and choose the number of installments (2, 3, or 4). Enter your card details as you would for a standard payment.
Your order will be confirmed immediately.

Are there any fees or interest?

No, the service is completely free for the user. Payments are simply split into multiple interest-free installments with no hidden fees.

Can I pay off installments early?

Yes! You can settle your payment in advance directly through the Alma portal, with no penalties or extra charges.

What happens if I return an order paid with Alma?

If you make a return, the refund will be handled as follows:

• If you have already paid some installments, Alma will refund the corresponding amount.
• If the order is canceled before the first installment, no charge will be made.
• Once the return is confirmed, Alma will process the refund directly to your card.

Which cards can I use to pay with Alma?

✔ Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex (Italy, France, Belgium, Spain, Germany) and all MasterCard prepaid cards.
❌ Not accepted: virtual cards and cards with systematic authorization.
