manages, on behalf of Anzani Opticians & Optometrists, the online store "anzanigroup.it", accessible at https://anzanigroup.it. By visiting our website anzanigroup.it (hereinafter also referred to as "the Site") or placing an order online on anzanigroup.it, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with and be legally bound by the Terms of Service and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out in this document (hereinafter also referred to as "General Terms").

If you do not accept these terms, we invite you not to use the Site or its online sales services.

Online orders placed through the Site are subject exclusively to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale outlined in this document, in the version in force at the time of order submission, for all geographical areas from which orders can be placed and to which shipping services are available. Any other conditions proposed by the buyer at the time of order will not be valid, unless expressly agreed in writing by Eyeoo S.r.l.

1. Use of the Site

The General Terms govern the submission of purchase proposals for products available on anzanigroup.it exclusively by "consumers" (hereinafter also: "user") and their acceptance by Eyeoo S.r.l.

The Site provides its services exclusively to consumers who have reached the age of majority, for purposes related to normal consumer needs, i.e., any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity.

If you are not a "consumer," we ask that you refrain from making commercial transactions on anzanigroup.it.

Eyeoo S.r.l. reserves the right to notify users of the refusal of purchase proposals from non-consumers, or in case of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.

The services of Eyeoo S.r.l. allow users to search the Site, view product pages, and submit purchase proposals for products from a broad electronic catalog. The Site may also provide secondary services, such as arranging the delivery of one or more products to one of our partner stores for an in-store trial request.

2. Online Orders

The language available for concluding contracts on anzanigroup.it is Italian.

The mere display of products on the Site does not constitute a public offer, but an invitation to consumers to submit a purchase offer for one or more products.

By selecting products, adding them to the cart, and proceeding to checkout, the user electronically submits a purchase proposal to Eyeoo S.r.l.

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, the Site provides the user, before submitting a purchase proposal, with:

  • a summary of the commercial and contractual terms applicable to the purchase proposal;
  • the essential characteristics of each ordered product and its price, including all applicable taxes;
  • the payment methods available;
  • the delivery methods and costs for purchased products;
  • the contact details, physical address, and contact methods for Eyeoo S.r.l.

Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal and any applicable return costs is always available to the user. Submission of a purchase proposal to Eyeoo S.r.l. constitutes a binding offer by the user.

Once the proposal is submitted, you will receive an automatic email from Eyeoo S.r.l., which does not constitute acceptance but confirms receipt and summarizes your order.

The contract is concluded when the goods are shipped, at which point your order proposal is accepted via confirmation email from Eyeoo S.r.l. This email will contain links to the General Terms and the Summary of the Right of Withdrawal. Only the products listed in the shipping confirmation email will be included in the contract between the user and Eyeoo S.r.l.

Order proposals are stored on our data platform for the period necessary to process the order and in compliance with legal requirements. You can access your orders online in the "My Account" section.

Eyeoo S.r.l. may, without notice, refuse any purchase proposals, for example, if solvency cannot be guaranteed, if the proposals are incomplete or incorrect, or due to unforeseen unavailability of products. In case of refusal, we will notify you by email with the reason. If products are unavailable at the time of order processing, we will inform you promptly (within 30 days) and refund any prepayment.

3. Product Presentation and Prices

Product detail pages provide essential information about the items for sale. Images and colors may not exactly match reality due to browser or monitor differences. Minor variations do not constitute non-conformity. Errors in descriptions will be corrected promptly. Please report errors to hello@eye-oo.com.

Product availability is updated regularly but may occasionally be unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Prices are in Euros (€) including VAT. Adding a product to the cart does not guarantee the price. Errors in pricing allow Eyeoo S.r.l. to refuse the order and offer the chance to reorder at the correct price.

Promotions and discounts may apply to specific products, valid only for orders formally submitted and accepted.

4. Payment Methods

You can pay using the following methods during checkout:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) via PayPal gateway
  • PayPal account
  • PayPal Express Checkout

Credit card information is never stored by Eyeoo S.r.l. and is used solely to process the purchase or refund in case of returns. The total amount, including shipping, will be charged at the time of the transaction.

5. Shipping and Delivery

You may choose home delivery or "Click and Collect" at a partner store. For "Click and Collect," bring a copy of your shipping confirmation email. Delivery is free unless otherwise indicated.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Certain products (customized, perishable, or sealed for hygiene/health) are excluded. The withdrawal period starts from physical receipt of the product. Partial returns are allowed for multiple items.

Eyeoo S.r.l. will confirm receipt and acceptance via email. Products must be returned in original condition, packaging, and with all accessories, unused and undamaged.

7. Returns and Refunds

Once a return is received and verified, Eyeoo S.r.l. will refund the amount within 14 days via the original payment method. Delays or damages may affect the refund amount. Deductions may apply for reduced value due to improper handling.

8. Warranty

Consumers are entitled to legal warranty for defects for two years from delivery. Contact Customer Service to report issues. Contact lenses are exempt from conformity warranty for subjective intolerance or prescription mismatch.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ or RisolviOnline. Non-consumers disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Bologna Court.

10. Site Functionality

Access to anzanigroup.it is provided "as is." Eyeoo S.r.l. is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or damages due to network or system issues. Efforts are made to ensure accurate and updated content.

11. Liability

Use of the Site is for personal purposes only. Eyeoo S.r.l. is not liable for non-compliant use except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and product images are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Privacy Policy

14. Updates and Customer Service
