Anzani Opticians & Optometrists ships worldwide using DHL and other reliable express couriers. We hope your experience receiving your order at home will be excellent.

Deliveries within Italy: free delivery for all orders. Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days.

European Union:

  • For orders over €400, Standard Shipping is free
  • For orders under €400, Standard Shipping costs €10
  • Express Shipping costs €20.

United Kingdom:

  • For shipments to the UK, customs fees are included in the price.
    DHL Express Delivery: €37

United States:

  • All orders shipped to the United States require a delivery contribution of €30.

Rest of the World:

  • For orders over €350, a delivery contribution of €30 applies.
  • For orders under €350, a delivery contribution of €50 applies.

Our shipping service operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00, excluding holidays. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders received during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.

How to make your online experience easier and more satisfying:

  • During checkout, make sure to provide a correct shipping address, paying special attention to your postal code. Once your order is shipped, it is not easy to change the destination, which may cause a delay of one or more days in the estimated delivery date;
  • Before we can ship your order, a confirmation from your credit card issuer may be required. We will do our best to minimize any waiting time;
  • We work closely with DHL to reduce potential delays; however, we cannot anticipate events such as strikes, weather-related disruptions, or international routing errors. In such cases, we will closely monitor the delivery to ensure it is completed;
  • Before shipping, our opticians check the quality of each item to ensure it is defect-free. If you receive a product you have concerns about, please contact us immediately.

Customs Fees: Shipments within the European Union are not subject to import taxes. For shipments to the UK, North America, and the rest of the world, customs duties and taxes may apply, payable by the buyer. Customs fees will be presented by the delivery carrier and must be paid before delivery.

Prices include VAT. Therefore, the carrier will not request additional tax payments upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. Please contact us by phone or email to receive a pre-filled return label.
